Exchanges
Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not offer exchanges.

Once production has started, changes cannot be made.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Photos of the packaging
If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will work with you to replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, Pressley Southern Creations LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows your package as Delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting us.
