Customers may:

Use purchased digital files in accordance with the Small Business Commercial License outlined below.
Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission from Pressley Southern Creations LLC, you may not:

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Digital Download License
Unless otherwise stated, every digital download purchased from Pressley Southern Creations LLC includes a Small Business Commercial License.
What You May Do
Your purchase allows you to:

✅ Use the design for your own small business.

✅ Sell handmade or finished physical products created using the purchased design.

✅ Use the design on products you personally manufacture or have professionally printed for resale.
What You May Not Do
You may not:

❌ Give the digital file away for free.

❌ Upload the file to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing service.

❌ Sell the design as a digital download in any format.

❌ Modify the design and resell it as your own.

❌ Claim ownership of the artwork.

❌ Transfer or sublicense the digital file to another individual or business.

❌ Use the design to create logos, trademarks, or branding.
Commercial Use Limit
This license is intended for small business use and permits the creation and sale of up to 500 physical finished products per purchased design.
If you anticipate producing more than 500 physical products using a single design, please contact Pressley Southern Creations LLC to discuss an extended commercial license.
Copyright Ownership
Purchasing a digital file grants you a license to use the design, not ownership of the copyright.
All copyrights, ownership rights, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Pressley Southern Creations LLC.
Custom Designs
Custom artwork created by Pressley Southern Creations LLC remains the intellectual property of Pressley Southern Creations LLC unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
By submitting photos, logos, artwork, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use those materials.
Pressley Southern Creations LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided content.
Trademarks
The Pressley Southern Creations LLC name, logo, branding, and other identifying marks are valuable business assets and may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written permission.
Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our website without authorization, or if you believe our intellectual property has been copied or misused, please contact us with detailed information so we can investigate promptly.
Enforcement
