Every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made or handmade, we ask that you please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for production before your order ships.
Production times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume. We appreciate your patience as we carefully create each item.
Shipping
Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet our production timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Pressley Southern Creations LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first contact the shipping carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pressley Southern Creations LLC cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available on select orders when arranged in advance. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to arrange local pickup.

Shipping Policy - the basics
