Commercial Licensing
At Pressley Southern Creations LLC, we are proud to support small businesses by allowing the commercial use of many of our digital designs under specific licensing terms.
All copyrights remain the property of Pressley Southern Creations LLC. Purchasing a digital design grants you a license to use the artwork under the terms outlined below. It does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork.
Small Business Commercial License
Included with Every Digital Download
Unless otherwise stated, every digital download purchased from Pressley Southern Creations LLC includes a Small Business Commercial License.
You May:

✅ Create and sell up to 500 physical finished products using one purchased design.

✅ Sell your finished products on Etsy, your own website, at craft fairs, vendor events, Facebook, and similar marketplaces.

✅ Have your products professionally printed or manufactured.
You May Not:

❌ Resell the digital file.

❌ Share the file.

❌ Give the file away.

❌ Upload the file to any website or marketplace.

❌ Sell modified versions of the artwork.

❌ Create digital products for resale.

❌ Use the artwork as a logo or trademark.

❌ Claim the artwork as your own.
Copyright remains with Pressley Southern Creations LLC.
Extended Commercial License
Overview
If your business expects to produce more than 500 physical finished products using one design, you must purchase an Extended Commercial License. This license expands your production rights for one specific design. A separate purchase of the original digital design is required.
Included Rights
The Extended Commercial License allows you to:

Create and sell more than 500 physical finished products using one licensed design.

Sell products worldwide.

Use professional manufacturers or print services.

Continue selling physical products using the licensed design.
Enterprise Licensing
If you need unlimited production rights or plan to use our artwork for large-scale manufacturing, wholesale production, or national distribution, please contact Pressley Southern Creations LLC for a custom licensing agreement.

Purchasing an Extended Commercial License grants additional usage rights only. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork.
Digital Download Licensing
All digital downloads purchased from Pressley Southern Creations LLC include a Small Business Commercial License unless otherwise stated.
Customers wishing to manufacture more than 500 physical finished products must purchase an Extended Commercial License.
